  • A 5% across-the-board wage increase.

  • Improve the 2021 Labour-Management Agreement regarding absence for medical reasons.

  • Pay wages before bank holidays, not after.

  • Create a Labour-Management agreement regarding the application of menstrual leave.

  • Allow 35 Hour Teaching Staff to receive annual pay raises.

  • Incorporate 35 Hour Teaching Staff's annual bonuses into their monthly income.


WINS THROUGHOUT 2021 AND 2022

  • A ¥160,000 contract completion bonus for 4th, 5th, and 6th year unionized Teaching Staff

  • Abolition of Teaching Staff renewal limits

  • Abolition of the "no pay raise rule" for Unlimited Term Contract workers

  • Improvements to ECC's leave policy for sickness

  • A gradual reduction of 4 EQ Days from this year through 2023.

  • An across-the-board pay rise for Jokin Koshi (29.5 hour) contract workers.
